Dear Paul ,May you give me the exact Z53 chip code ?Do you think it should be easy to find ?In the input jack area I see a brown cable coming from the preamplifier board ( LM384 ) that it is unconnected , do you think it is this the reason that Polaris stop playing sounds ?Thanks .> From: sukhoy27@...

If all the sliders on the panel operate only in the top half of the
mechanical range, then there may be something electrically broken on the
panel, and calibration won't fix it. Are you sure this is the case? For
instance, does the sweep rate control do nothing until it is at least half
way up? The same for filter cutoff? Envelope attack time?

It could be a bad A/D converter chip (Z53), or something in that circuit.

The lever assembly is the thing with the two levers to the left of the
keyboard. If they work properly, with the proper ranges, then you don't need
to do the lever assembly voltage adjustment.
