It looks someone had a reason, that he used this Polaris as a spare part
reservoir. It must have stopped working, before he decided to "bone" it.
You don't shred a working chroma polaris. So I assume, after you will
have redone the capacitor and the CEMs and the panel you will find, that
the CPU is not working (or what else ever).

I have to admit: I doubt it makes sense to go on.
