Okay so this synth works most of the time sounds great, but when things start getting funky it glitches up.

For instance:  I push the resonance up into self oscillation.  There is a noticeable increase in decidable, but the whole thing gets wonky.  You can hear timed noise.  Its comes through like this .-.-.-. second pause in between noise,  CPU perhaps?   Plus the envelops aren't working right;  Unwanted rise and fall in pitch as if the envelope were controlling the oscillators and in was inverted and falling sometimes rising....   Dose all kinds of weird stuff depending on cut off.  This is when the resonance is pushed into self oscillation.  GOing all of the place get distortion too.  Ring MOD wouldn't work at all in this state.

If I am using split mode the the vca envelope kind of fails.   It will rise then instead of falling sustain and just cut off at the end of the release.  Not right...   This also sometimes happens when Resonance is pushed way up.

So what are my options here new cpu, bad RAM ic's, new operating system or ROM's?

I go out of town tomorrow for a month so plenty of time to discuss.
