I'm the guy who sells the membrane switches. If the SEQUENCER section heading is in the same font size as the other headings, then they're new panels. If the font is smaller, then they're old panels, and you may need new ones.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "all the LEDs still light up". Do you mean that pressing bank letters or program numbers doesn't do anything but there are some lights on, or that they change the lights but the sound doesn't change?

If you have the new panels, and some of the switches just don't work, then you or some technician should open the unit up, remove the right panel board, and carefully check the connector that the tails plug into. It's possible that there is a bit of the old tails stuck in the connector, or even just some silver ink dust in there, which is causing a short. Sometimes just unplugging the tails and plugging them back in can fix the problem. It could be that the silver ink lines on the tails are misaligned with the contacts in the connectors.
