There's no reason not to burn the version 11 that's on the rhodeschroma.com site.

See what part number your EPROMs are. If they're not listed in the burner software, you can look them up on the web to see what programming voltage they need, and choose an EPROM type that uses the same voltage. That's the most important variable--you don't want to whack a 12V EPROM with 25V.
