Tonight after opening up my Polaris to check out the appearance of my batteries, I noticed that after closing it back up suddenly, the "A" vertical row of membranes is out. I opened it back up, poked that little cheap plasticky ribbon connector, and now suddenly my "C" row of membranes is out, as well as my "upper function" vertical row. Has anyone had this happen before, and if so, is it because of cracking of one of those little plastic ribbon connectors?? Anyone know where you can get a replacement/substitute for those two connectors? (if indeed that's what it would be) My Polaris functioned perfectly before that. Looks like I opened up a can of worms. :)
thanks,
