I think is a matter of opinions but the "most perfect" waveform is not the
most musical or good sounding wave... for example I preffer the A-110 over
the A-111 everytime, the CEM based A111 would be very useful for low drift
aplications or when purer waves are needed but the sound is not musical, it
lacks the magic.

I have tons of different VCOs but comparing just the ones in doepfer format
here is my preference:

1. PlanB Model15
2. AS RS90
3. A110
4. A111

Counting all other VCOs I have, my first choice for the best sounding (or
more musical and "live" sounding) is the EMS Synthi VCO, followed by the
driscoll modular VCOs, serge VCOs and the roland system-100 VCOs.
