A very rough and ready check: at 0V in on the '-3' octave switch
setting, its approx 8Hz. Feeding a *negative* voltage in lowers this to
about 0.44Hz at -9.6V (about max I could get from a 175 + 129/3), so it
looks like the 1V/octave pegs out at some point...
