Probably even the lower section of the A-185 could solve the problem if the
bus jumper J1 is removed (used to connect the output of the CV buffer to the
A-100 bus board). The lower section is nothing but a buffer with two
parallel outputs (it's labelled "CV" but the circuit can be used for audio
signal as well).
But as I have our system not availble I cannot test your special patch
before next week.
