Not to bring up a tired old topic, but....

I was reading on some list or another that lead-free solder joints are more brittle and won't last nearly as long as regular solder. The individual made some * hopefully alarmist * estimate that the joints would last only a few years.

Anybody know enough to address this Is the quality of Doepfer modules about to sink
