Ingo,
right, we have only the A-112 module available that can be used as a
wavetable oscillator that is a bit similar to the miniwave but the
wavetables have to be loaded via Midi dump and the pitch is not controlled
by a sawtooth wave but by a normal CV. During the A-112 development we had a
prototype similar to the miniwave available. It had a fixed wavetable ROM,
the current position within each table and the active wavetable have been
addressed by 8 bit analog-to-digital converters (normally a sawtooth wave
for the current position for a linear pass through the table) and a rotary
switch was used to address 16 wave table groups (I think I have shown you
the prototype during your visit last year). But we decided to add the sample
feature and use a battery-buffered RAM instead of the fixed ROM. So the
A-112 arised from our "miniwave" design. If there are sufficient inquiries
we could revive our prototype and finish the design but from our point of
the wavetable ROMs are the main problem as everybody has different ideas
concerning the available wavetables.
Best wishes
