MN3006 (128 stages) @ 200kHz: 0.32 ms
MN3009 (256 stages) @ 200kHz: 0.64 ms
MN3004 (512 stages) @ 200kHz: 1.28 ms
MN3007 (1024 stages) @ 200kHz: 2.56 ms
MN3008 (2048 stages) @ 100kHz: 10.24 ms
MN3005 (4096 stages) @ 100kHz: 20.48 ms
The frequencies (100/200kHz) are the max. clock frequencies of the BBD
circuits specified in the corresponding data sheet. In reality a bit higher
frequencies can be used (e.g. 150 kHz instead of 100 kHz or 300 kHz instead
of 200 kHz) but the short delay times are possible only with the small BBD
circuits as one cannot go beyond a certain clock frequency.
