I've ordered modules from Thomann several times to Finland that they
don't have in their online catalogue. I use the standard ordering form,
and in the Lisätietoja or whatever field I just list names of the
modules I want. Alternatively, I order by email. Works like a charm.
Haven't found Doepfer locally, but I haven't really searched either,
since Thomann works so well.

I haven't really been following this thread, so the text above may
actually be of no use to anyone...
