Are you able to measure the output voltage of the A-141 There are some
tolerances in the OTA circuit used in the A-141 that may cause some +/-10 mV
offset offset voltage. If it is much more (e.g. 0.5 V or more) the module is
probably defective. If there is a small offset voltage only and you are
familiar with electronics there is a patch to remove the offset: inserting a
Schottky diode (e.g. BAT42) into the output.
