If you mean the female connectors of the bus cables: these connectors are
called "IDC connectors" (female sockets for flat cable) and are available
from many manufacturers and suppliers. E.g. from Mouser (order no 164-9006
for the 10 pin and 164-9008 for the 16 pin version).

The large capacitors have to be located before the voltage regulators, not
behind ! At the outputs of the regulators only small capacitors are required
as the regulation ("stiffening") is carried out by the voltage regulators
(integrated circuits) but not by the large capacitors.
