Sorry for the late answer, but I´ve been offline for a few days.
It´s a "Oszillarzet 10" by Siemens, built in the 70ies, I suppose. Unfortunately it comes without any specs or a manual, but perhaps this halps you:
2 independent channels with BNC sockets (no problem to solder an adapter cable between minijack and BNC, btw); the scope can be triggered from channel one, channel two or an external device. External trigger input has a banana socket (anybody out there with a Serge ;-) ). Furthermore there´s a lot of knobs to adjust each channel´s input level, the display´s focus and intensity etc.
No idea about the frequency range, but it works fine with A111´s octave switch set to +4 and highest note played.
