The standard patch is described in the A-144 user's manual on page 4. Audio
1...4 of the A-135 have to be connected to the four outputs of the A-121. CV
In off the A-144 has to be connected to the A-146 (triangle output). Pay
attention that you need an external pre-amplifier to amplify the guitar
signal to a suitable level for the A-100 filter (min. 1Vss). The level
coming from the guitar directly is much too small for the audio processing
modules of the A-100.
As already mentioned by jh the A-143-9 (VC quadrature LFO/VCO) is another
solution for controlling the A-135 for morphing effects. There is a
difference between A-144 and A-143-9 as CV source for the A-135: with the
A-144 a CV is used to control the "morph position", the A-143-9 will
generate cyclic morphing (1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 4 -> 1 -> 2 ...).
