You have to differ betwee the maximum frequency-range and the secure
triggering circuit. This simple Conrad oscilloscope is really good enough
in respect to the frequency range, but I cannot judge, whether the
triggering facilities of htis scope are good enough. E.g if you want to
display the sound behind a modulated low pass filter that gets very "dark"
from time to time, the trigger might get lost. In this case you need a
separate input to trigger with the input signal of the VCF. If it is no
trouble for you to readjust the trigger circuit for this sound, then a
simple scope like the Conrad model should be good enough for you.
On the other hand I would prefer a two channel scope to compare what
happenes before and after a module.
So, I fear, I can't give you a clear answer.
