No, usually all audio related modules are ac coupled. The dc offset,
whic you added carefully, will be removed by the first capacitor in the
signal path. Sorry to spoil that game.

I know what you mean, (and I do it often), but I do it simply with a mixer.

No dancing under the radar. Looks like simply everybody carries an
umbrella, but you mismatch umbrellas with radars ;-)
Use a mixer, like every one does.
