The production of the CV boards and the front panels for CV Adder should
start next week as there were no additional suggestions since the
announcement of the module in May 2007 and the polls for this module in June
2007. But I'll try to stop the production of the pc boards and front panels.
How about this simple solution: A default voltage of +1.00V is connected to
the switching contacts of the input socktes #1 and #2. This would add these
features:
As long as no cable is connected to input #1 it works as a manually
adjustable offset with up to +/- one octave.
As long as no cable is connected to input #2 it works as an octave switch
(+/- one octave).
With this solution one can decide if the inputs #1 and #2 can be used as
offset control and octave switch or as originally planned.
Best wishes
