Well, if you had one LFO divided by two, and another divided by
three, and ran the divided outputs to the PLL, with the control
output of the PLL controling one of the VCOs, the divided signals
will then stay in step (phase locked). Now the un-divided output of
the LFOs will have a frequency ratio of 2:3, and the frequency of
the 'slave' will follow that of the 'master'. This ought to work with
audio frequency too.
