The A-196 PLL module was developed for audio frequencies. The 2Hz spec
refers to the minimum frequency of the internal VCO. To process a 2Hz signal
the low pass should be about 1/10 i.e. 0.2 Hz. The range of the built in
simple R/C low pass is about 20 Hz ... 1kHz. For lower frequencies an
external low pass as mentioned on page 5 of the manual should be used. It
has to be DC coupled (e.g. the A-170 slew limiter).
