I for one have enough loose boxes in my studio. Besides, it's just as possible for Doepfer
to release it as a module but with the option of a box the exact size of the module for
people to just screw it on there and use it as a desktop module. If all jacks are on the
front panel, the box can easily be added without mods. If it does need a special
connection, then get a usb connection (like the a-198) to a small 4hp module on the case.
