I have my tank wrapped in fiberglass insulation
paper side out. Then that little bundle is
zip-tied to the inside of the case. That
works pretty well. If that's not enough
I'd suggest using longer cables and sitting
the tank on the outside of the case on some
foam and maybe more foam on top of that.
Try different materials to "de-couple"
the spring tank from surrounding vibrations.
The funny thing I just thought of is,
guitarist have been using spring
reverbs in their amps on stage for years
with out that many issues. Is it because
a twin reverb is heavy as hell and operating
at such higher levels
