thank you for the poll results. For the A-189-1 that's what I expected. For
the A-137-2 I'm a bit surpised that only 8% vote for a manual phase shift
control. From my point of view this is a very important function. Without
this additional controls only symmetrical signals (like LFOs) can be used
meaningful to control the phase shift. With an ADSR or another unipolar
(only positive) CV only 50% of the phase shift can be covered. Maybe I will
override the poll results in this regard. Sorry :-(
Even for the A-189-1 we think about a solution that would cover the other
options too. E.g. one of the 16 positions of the rotary switch will address
the voltage controlled mode selection and we will add a terminal on the pc
board that can be used to connect an external CV (e.g. the output of a mixer
or polarizing mixer).
