It's actually a stock rack purchased from a mail catalog, which I
modified by cutting the lower section to make it sloped.

I personally own a Clavia Nord Lead and a Waldorf XT, but my big
Doepfer is 4-voice polyphonic (it used to be 6-voice poly). Each
voice has 3 vco's, 2 filters, 1 vca, 1 mixer and 3 EG's. If you
notice the huge MOTM, that one is also 4-voice poly, with 2
vco's/voice. There's nothing like a wonderful, lush string pad 4-note
chord with any of these beasts.....Sweet.

Right you are, amigo. Going from strings to brass or percussive
sounds may take me hours of patching, tweaking and tuning, but man,
is it worth it!
