Hi Patrick,
Try removing the A-160/161 modules and see if there's a ribbon cable
connecting the A-160 module to the bus board. In addition there should
be a cable connecting the A-160 and 161. Also, make sure the polarity
is correct - that generally means that neither of these cables should
be twisted.
