Was the A-190 working before you did the reset
Have you checked if all three voltages are ok -12V/+12V/+5V.
I don't think there is a fuse in the A-190 modul (just had a look at my
one)and I'm not familiar with the Doepfer power supply. In general you
could take the fuse out and replace it with a new one of the same
rating, or if you familiar with a multimeter take the fuse out and
check continuity of the fuse with an ohm meter.
