This is the procedure we use when a monster case is assembled with modules:
- assemble the mostleft module (do not yet totally fix the screws) and align
the front panel so that only a small gap is left between the module and the
case (~ 1 mm or less)
- assemble a module with 4 mounting screws in the overlapping area in the
middle of the case so that one screw is in the left threaded insert and the
other one in the right threaded insert (do not yet totally fix the screws)
- assemble the leftmost module (do not yet totally fix the screws)
Align the front panels (the screws are not yet totally fixed) so that the
gap between the mostleft module and the case is nearly the same as the gap
between the mostright module and the case. The remaining gaps should be 1 mm
or less. Then fix the screws of the mostleft and mostright module to fix the
positions of the threaded inserts. The center module can be removed after
that and the case can be assembled with the other modules.
