i do not remember if i have tried that, (back when i had an MS20), but the A165 should convert between the inverse triggers outs of the ms20 and the gate inputs of the a100...
right
(as the A165 is a voltage inverter and offset gen in order to invert gates/triggers)
apart from its +/- function too...

Unfortunately, it's a LOT easier to control your MS-20 with
exponential gear. Use the external signal processor to convert the
gate to a trigger; plug the pitch CV into the "total" jack insted of
the KBD CV in, bias with the pitch wheel, and you're set! Check this
