Can't think what else it could be. like I said works perfectly when I
put it back into the rack.
going to try the bbd on its own in the mini case later tonight see if
it works properly, if it does then it will be safe to say than either
the mini case current rating or some of the modules rating is wrong.
if it doesn't then there might be something else that prevents the bbd
module from working in the mini-case...
