Hello,
the title says it all.
The doepfer ROHS compliant boards are not easy to solder on them.
so how about with a PCB just to get "warmed up" with soldering on
Doepfer style Boards
maybe even make a little test circuit with a jack socket,
and an LED plus OP amp,
to get a signal indicator.
or something more simple with LED that works on a Battery.
best would be a full row of LEDs so that one can control the solderwork,
plus enough pads, best with some traces,
to stupid-solder things into
( no, not intended as a kit, but ofcourse possible .
It's easy to get a little thing done that needs only parts you can get
in every local electronic shop)
i would use such a board for myself to warm up bevore soldering on a
doepfer board.
Now i don't solder on doepfer Modules.........the risk to damage
something is to big for me.
I did once solder on a ROHS Board, and lifted up immediately the Pad
cheers
