Subject: 1 a188-2: how noisy

having read dieter's warning on the a188-2 bbd page, i was wondering
if anyone using one would like to share their thoughts on the module
vis a vis its noisiness
i use the a188-1 (4096 stages) very extensively, and find that using a
filter still leaves me enough highs for standard echo use, and for
madder things the clock adds its own grittiness.
but maybe the version 2 is significantly noisier
cheers,
stu
