you know what actually, the A-106-1 is a *very* good multimode filter
(highpass/lowpass/notch/bandpass). Dam, I swear, I loved it when I got
it, then I hated it, then I loved it, then I hated it again, NOW I
PERMANENTLY LOVE IT. The tones I was getting out of it last night was
really great because of its negative/positive clipping feature.
Combine that with its highpass and it sounds very classic. You might
think that that A-106-1 can only sound harsh, but actually, it was
sounding creamy last night.
