(A Dual/Stereo Parametric Equaliser, 2 audio inputs, 2 audio outputs
+/- 15dB Gain CV controlled, +/- 5V, Q/bandwidth CV controlled, Centre Frequency 20-20KHz CV controlled.
A Switch to route all CV controls for the first EQ section to be
normalled to control the second section for stereo operation.)
