Christian (the programmer of the A-100CGK firmware) would have added this
feature if it would be possible. Most of the time the microcontroller is
busy with the (dynamic) scanning of the keyboard contacts and has to
calculate the note number (that's easy) and velocity (that's very time
consuming because the time difference between the contacts has to be
measured and from this the velocity calculated, in the worst case for
several keys at the same time). This would lead to timing problems with the
Midi input and that's why this feature is not included.
