I am reading various forums (including this one) where people are complaining that they are having problems with the power supplies sold with both Doepfer DIY kits in the USA. The issue with the DIY Kit #2 (hum) has been chronicled on this forum, and I have read elsewhere that the power supply supplied with the DIY Kit #1 is underpowered (only 1100 mA, should be 2.5 A). What recourse does Doepfer have to ensure that their (exclusive) US distributor sources the correct power supplies These issues are forcing me to resource the power supply that I want to put into a DIY case that I am making, and forcing me to re-think my decision to use the Eurorack format when it appears that the largest manufacturer of this equipment ignores potential issues with power supplies issued with their equipment. Dieter, has anyone checked to see if the problem chronicled on this forum with the DIY Kit #2 is with the power supply that is provided in the USA From what I have read here, this problem only exists with kits sold in the USA. Can you also find out about the power supply that is provided with the DIY Kit #1
