Nice that this is happening!!
Some notes on the side though: I have been investigating further (with
quite some help) into the workings of the Tendency Mask Generator.
The workings of the calculations you proposed for the Tendency
Processor don't act entirely like the TMG.
However.. this idea is also nice and a valid extension to the eurorack
module roster I think.
I have also been visiting the people at Sonology twice and there is
something coming off the ground there too.
The original designer of the unit has been asked to redesign the unit
to work in Eurorack format.
This will likely appear as a limited edition DIY kit. This is all
still very premature and these people have a lot of other things on
their minds.
I do believe, like I said earlier, that both inititives don't inflict
on each other.
