Hello,
in preparation for my live set last saturday I also recorded a track
which is built around a sequence from the A100 (finally the track didn't
make it into the set, but I think it is a nice example for the
A-154/A-155 and for the A-101-1 Steiner Parker filter.
basic patchsetup is:
A-111 saw into A-101-1 low pass in
A-110 pwm into A-101-1 band pass in (this one is faded in at 2:49)
A-142 is used as envelope. Triggered by a trigger from the first row of
switches at the A-155; the gate/decay-length is controlled by the
gate-out from the second row of switches at the A-155.
The envelope-out affects the filter cutoff and the pulsewidth of the A111.
The mode input of the A-154 is modulated by an triangle LFO. Since only
the positive half of the triangle does affect the mode modulation, the
Sequences runs in straight forward mode normally, but when the positive
half of the triangle is there the mode switches slowly through Backw.
Pend. and Rnd. So the Sequence gets very vivid.
