0 to +1 or 0 to -1 amplification range would mean actually no amplification at all, only attenuation and inverted scaling...
my opinion is that the module is fine as it is, for what it is supposed to do.

Wouldn't the A-183-2 be more valuable, if it had simple mixer function too There is room (at least if omitting the second output) for a unity gain input.
Since I have A-133, I would prefer 0...+1 and -1...+1 amplification ranges instead of 0...+2 and -2...+2.
