Hi John
I own a Continuum for about 2 month now (incl. the voltage converter). I opted for the marked surface as it makes it easier to play standard tunings. It does not hinder me in any way to play any other tunings. It takes a long time to learn to control all his features (I'm certainly still learning) but you can do amazing things with it right from the start. For me (I'm not a keyboard player) it's a great interface to the A100 and worse every dollar.
