From my understanding it should be possible to modify the firmware of the
MTV16 to output the velocity values of 16 Midi note messages instead of the
control change messages. But you will have to pay for the firmware
modification. The voltage range of the MTV16 is 0...+5V. To obtain a higher
voltage an amplifier is required (e.g. the planned A-183-3).
