I have just uploaded the schematics of the Serge touch keyboard that
was published in the Synapse magazine in early 1977. There are two
pages. Page one is the main keyboard sensor circuit and page 2 is the
pot "programmer" section. The circuit seems pretty easy with no non-
standard parts. It looks like the Bugboard fokes used this as a
starting point for their unit. The files are in the photo section in
an album called Serge touch keyboard.
