hi List,
two days ago, i added two more great modules into my euro monster:
the Doepfer A137-2 wave multiplier and the Flame Clockwork euro module.
the A137-2:
is a great module for fattening single vco waves, and by using sine and triangle you can get some really fat/evolving tones with lots of animation, especially if you use 4 out of sync lfo's in the 4 a137-2 cv inputs.
great module with low price. of course, nothing can stop you from using its 4 comparators for weird stuff...
the Flame Clockwork can do SO much... i still have not really used it, so i cannot say a lot, but just imagine 2 or 3 A155/154 pairs controlled by the clockwork... real sequencer heaven. and i do not mean (only) old berlin school stuff, of course....
it can trigger envelopes, gate delays, lfo sync inputs, etc...
it has 3 channels and each channel has its own (synced) lfo, it can do gate shifting (positive/negative gate delay), it also has a global random function and also swing function, the gates come from internal clock or external midi clock source, and it can output gates (of variable length) in 32nds, 16th, 8th, 4th 2th, punctuated and triplet 16th, 8th, 4th etc...
thanks,
Bakis.
