Though it has not to with the A-100: I cannot follow your payment problems
as we have to pay many invoices to UK companies (e.g. Cliff). We do not have
to pay bank transfer charges since a few years as there is a law (at least
in Germany or the Euro area) that avoid additional money transfer charges
between different EU countries. And if you live in UK our UK representative
(EMIS) is the right contact for you. I'm sure Andy from EMIS will do the
A-165 mod for you as well.
Back to A-100: The A-177-2 cannot be used to convert a voltage gate into a
switched trigger (aka S-trig). You may use the A-177-2 to trigger a unit
with S-trig input but it will work reverse (i.e. the unit will trigger when
the foot switch is released).
The A-183-2 cannot be used.
I think the best solution is a modified A-165.
Best wishes
