yeah i tried that but it doesnt work, and the manual even says that the polarity is one of the only things that doesnt reset with that function. any more ideas please im stuck

perhaps try a full reset hold all four buttons and turn it in, all the leds
shoudl flash a few times, then its reset to factory settings
