I agree, this does look like the Modcan 03b (is there also an 03a )
With the 03b, there are switching jacks so that when any individual LFO has it's output in use, that signal is removed from the mix. I think this would be a great feature. The 3-way switch kills the individual output of the LFO entirely (indiv. & mix), I think.
