The resistors R3 (10k) and R4 (3k3) define the max. amplifications in the
left (R3) and right (R4) position of the range switch. Lowering the values
of these resistors (or simply soldering resistors in parallel) causes higher
amplifications. R3 is located left from the level control (top view to the
front panel), R4 left from the upper In socket.
The formula for the amplification is 1 + 10k/Rx. The non-inverting amplifier
circuit is used (see A-100 DIY page for details). In this circuit R1 is 10k
and R2 can be switched to 10k or 3k3.
