A148 SnH is a nice small and inexpensive module.
It can be used to sample and hold control voltages, like having a random filter cutoff frequency for each new note you're playing.
It can also be used to process audio and achieve hardcore aliasing effects, using a LFO or an OSC to get a low sampling rate.
I'm not too sure about the use of a subharmonic generator in your system.
