you can send program change messages from your master midi keyboard controller simply by pressing the program up or down buttons (as long as you have set the controller to send program change messages of course, when you press these buttons).

Program change #6 (count

1-128) #5 (count 0-127)
means that its program number 6, if your keyboard midi controller sends numbers from 1-128, or its program number 5, if your controller sends numbers from 0-127.

as for the last bit 'note 3', i cannot help you...

This is slightly off topic, hope you can forgive me for that.



I would like to change some of the settings for my dark energy, and

according to the manual this is done via program change messages in

midi learn mode.



I'm not too keen on midi, could someone explain how I should send

these messages from my master keyboard or sequencer



For example, I want to change the retrigger setting.



The manual says retrigger on is set with Program change #6 (count

1-128) #5 (count 0-127) Note (3). What does that practically mean
